202 Chair Yoga with Joyce Instructor Joyce Jennings, Certified Yoga Instructor This class is open to both men and women and incorporates both seated and a few standing poses. (Using the chair for support.) We will focus on the aspects below - Increased flexibility and joint mobility - Improved balance and coordination - Reduced stress and enhanced relaxation - Better posture and body awareness The class limit is 15 students Six Wednesdays, September 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th and October 7th from 9:30 am to 10:30 am Location: VFW Route 706 , Montrose Fee: $30.00
